Last week, GothamSite reported on the rumor that Supernatural’s Misha Collins would be joining The CW’s Gotham Knights pilot… today, news comes that Misha Collins is indeed part of it, playing District Attorney Harvey Dent. Yup, Two-Face.
Here’s how the character is described:
Dashing, with a swagger, Harvey Dent is Gotham’s charismatic, hard-charging District Attorney. With a rigid sense of right and wrong, Harvey’s idealism and single-minded quest for justice will ironically and tragically transform him into one of Gotham’s most feared supervillains, Two-Face.
Collins himself Tweeted about the casting earlier this morning.
“I’ve asked if my version of the character could be wearing a beige trench coat over the grey suit. (I’m just not sure I’ll be comfortable in front of a camera without one.),” the actor, most famous for his role as the trenchcoat-wearing angel Castiel, Tweeted this morning.
